looks like someone is pretty handy in adobe after effects. its a pretty dope video but could be done literally for free. just get the good on location shots with a good still camera and then set your masks so you can double up rubble piles and set new backgrounds and skylines. detroit has plenty of awesome spots to film that with a quick change of background would look like mad max!
