Yeah, I'm really trying to max things out this time, thanks man! I vegged longer than I normally do (7 weeks) and really got aggressive with my training to bush my plants out.......each plant's canopy now has a full 2x3' light footprint with anywhere between 12-26 tops depending on the plant. Prior to this grow I bent the rules and would run 8 smaller plants under 1200 W, with a 3-4 week veg. I would normally get 2.5-3.0 ounces per plant, so this time I'm hoping to get a QP or more out of each of my 4 plants. I'm a terrible judge of yield, so I won't know how I did till the official weigh-in. Usually the plants that I think will yield the least weight in with the most bud, and vice versa.....always lots of surprises on weigh-in day.
Love the oil!
what method are you using? Glad people are finding it effective, it's great to be able to help out where possible
Yeah, summer growing blows. I tried it for the first time last summer and it was such a pain in the ass........battled temps and humidity the entire time. Had to buy an AC/dehumidifier and was constantly emptying it's reservoir. Could only run one light most of the time, and the final yield didn't make the hassle worth it. I've tried to find a simple, efficient and effective system and I'm still tweaking it all the time. The one thing I know is that I'm done with summer growing.......I hated that when it was warm and sunny and nice outside (which I love), my plants hated it and suffered. Now I just run one big 4 plant crop in the winter, and if all goes well, it should be enough to last me a year until I crop out next winter's grow.
Today is day 42, 6 full weeks of flowers. Will snap some pictures and post a weekly photo update later tonight.......lights just came on, but first need to brave the bitter cold and take the pooch for a walk
