Diagnose my infant Doctor

My baby is a few weeks old, this started happening 3-4 days ago. And it's been getting worse. I looked in the other threads but the pictures would load on my phone.

Note: I poked the holes yesterday so water could reach the bottom so I know It's not Root damage

A big rule of thumb for growing, that I have learned is....Do not skimp on money for your dirt, the cheaper the shittier it will be.

Just get some mud from the near by creak. That will be fine

Any potting soil would be better than that. Literally ANY dirt you buy is better.
