I am not sure, but I think this is some kind of deficiency. Could someone please take a look and help me out with what the problem is and the solution to the problem. Thanks in advance

looks like a magnesium deficency to me

how old is the plant and is it in flower ? are you keeping an eye on your PH ?

Dissolve some epsom salts in RO water, between 50 to 100 ppm. Feed the plant (only) with it and observe the reaction.
If thats the case, You'll see an improvement in 3-4 days.
