Cant seem to diagnose this deficiency.
All the plants seem to have started to show rust spots once transplanted from.solo cups to 1.7g pots. I'm starting to think this is what I get for using unknown genetics.

Have you thrown a leaf under a scope? Is infestation a possibilty? Your first pic looks more like damage than deficiency.

I have and this is throughout my whole grow. All plants have spots all over

First, i feel your pain im fighting spider mites. What are you using to water them? R.O., rain, tap? I was also reading about rust spots, most causes are fungal in nature. If you aren't in flower, i would hit them with a fungicide/miticide after removing the affectes leaves.
