Diagnostic problem

First off, it's my first time growing. Noticed some spots forming a few weeks ago, thought it was spider mites, since I had small webs going from leaf to leaf, but when I checked for the mites I didnt see a single one, and I've stopped seeing little web strings between the leaves. The spots, however, are still forming, started on the lower, smaller leaves and slowling forming on the upper leaves too took some quick pictures with my iPhone, so not too clear. I'll try to take better ones when I get my hands on my camera if no one can tell.

The plant is currently under 12/12, 2nd week of flowering

flip a leaf over and blow onit while looking at it thru a magnifying glass, see if you seelittle white bugs moving when you blow

Update, it's getting worse. I've tried spotting white bugs with a magnifying glass but didn't notice any ..... anyone else have an opinion ? Don't feel like losing my only girl to this

what are you feeding them? what is the p.h of your water? more info

Feeding them Nutri + Bloom A & B, Black, Gold and Thrive

I do not know the PH of my water though, I'm going to go and buy a meter for that ....

2 plants, a female and the other didn't show sex yet, under 2 CFLs 2500 lumens ea

have you been misting her while the lights are still on? that can cause leaf damage other than that idk. try some cal/mag mist on her. after a good flush.

misting her well the lights are on can cause leaf damage ? i was about to ppost some pictures of mine i think i have a similar problem
