For what it's worth, it seems like it's you and @tstick who require fellacio as a prerequisite to posessing the best commercial LED fixture available. It's more about the "experience" for you two.
I appreciate the endorsement. I clearly have a lot of time on my hands. But, I don't think I could be paid enough to deal with these people on a daily basis.
Seriously, if I were Jeff I think I'd start playing up this angle about how he's different. An FAQ entry:

It's why we're making it clear in this FAQ.
If you're looking for the best value (technology, quality and price), we're your company. If you need discounts because we made a mistake, or we weren't as congenial as a car salesman, look elsewhere.

I wish you'd just give a couple of these fanboys a light and send them on their way. This level of ass kissing is unprecedented and I've had serious brown nosers work for me. I usually try and get rid off them fast but that's just me. Contrary to speculation, I don't have any skin in the game. I was just looking for some objective info then the fanboy mafia came out of the woodwork. Give em them a light already.

EH does not have to give anybody a light . We all just believe in the best quality light for a good price which he makes and provides . People like you will buy platinum led (5year old technology ) and pay a premium while "fanboys" will pay less for better quality . Why ? Cause we share common knowledge amongst the various forums and do our due dillgence before hopping on any bandwagon. Some days you have to give credit where credit is due . Steve Jobs was a complete narcissistic asshole but holy hell he had the best damn phone /computer etc that BILLIONS of people use .

You'd be good at dealing with these fine folks crying over 50$ and letting them know Epistar is what they're paying for . Some peoples kids . I'd like a 2013 discount in 2015 please !!!! This reminds me of my own 'life isn't fair' scenario.
Early 2010 I bought a brand new Mazda. I put $2500 cash down, traded in my worn out, high mileage jeep for $500 and financed the rest.
About 2 months later, cash for clunkers happened. I could've gotten $4000 (!!!) for my trade in for buying a new car with better fuel economy if only I had waited 2 months... I was pissed. But shit happens.
(Hindsight: Cash for Clunkers was a terrible initiative overall.)

About 2 months ago I came on here thinkin I knew everything about this tech! Did 2 years worth research! 2 years! Lumigro or Kind K5? I bought the Kind. I will get good use out it, but made a mistake. Couple people on here scolded me! But I got the message! Kind/Platinum/Blackdog Use lesser quality to build the light. FOOTPRINT VS WATT sucks! I have good warranty on the K5 , do I really wanna lose the fixture for months? I don't want free lights! I am not gonna be able to hang enough these things! I am buyin lots more. Just waitin for the new ones in June! Sure I want some AT200s but cannot afford em! Right now that is! A51 Quality/Value Cannot be beat by anyone at this time! OKAY besides the DIY guys! Shoutout? Okay a RW150 over 1 at 40+ day veg is the way to go at this time! HPS/MH what are you guys still doin? At least go Induction! Stone age shit! The buds from these panels are off the hizzy! This gummy Bears I m runnin gonna taste like smoking a jolly rancher with the kick! I bet! Um Um Um I cant wait. TREAT Your Coco like DWC also. Second run is just startin!
