Did i just cause hermied with Light exposure help! Please!

I have 2 seedlings planted 5 days ago. I accidentally turned the light on when trying to fix the timer. They were off for only a out 30 minutes. I have them on and ha e not turned them off. It is 0050(1250am) they got turned off at 2330(1130pm) and got turned back on at mignight(12am) is this going to cause hermies???

The longer answer is no, they are not in danger from light leaks until you flip them to 12/12.
