If your spraying with carbonated water you still have to be careful. If you spray your plants 2-3 times a day there is going to be carbonated water hitting the soil... And C02 is heavier that oxygen, so make sure you have fans blowing air under your canopy.
You should never be watering lightly 2-3 times a day, your plants are starving for water.
Feed once THOROUGHLY every 2-3 days. Stop folliar feeding for now, Feed some plain water, soak the soil thoroughly, then LEAVE HER ALONE. Your probably overdoing it trying to fix her. Give her roots some plain water and give her a day to relax.
Whats the humidity in your place? Sounds quite low.

thanks bc sounds about right i wont use the spikes anymore
other than that another set of leaves came up today were can i find that h202 is that the stuff in my medicine cab ? ... i stir up the soil and it seemed to help the soil i have really compacts when watered i got different stuff that has minerals in it is that ok ? its natural sparkling water has low sodium like 20 grams everything elce is 0 i want to spray that for foil feed ? what is the correct amount of nute i would need theres a few places i can go i seen 10-15-10 20-20-20 theres rose feed thats like 18-7-10 theres stuff thats 5-5-5 i did use some molases water like i use a teaspoon in like a 24 oz bottle of mt dew in water for more glucose im getting water from our frige thats filterd with the pur filter thing is huge

if i ever use nutes then i use 10-10-10 during veg
sounds good on the pure water but idk if id use anything other than water til your plant heals its probly pretty stressed. you might want to use plain old pure water for a while

humid should be around 50% or even less i do put a wet wash cloth behind the fan every once in a while cause i know wood adsorbs humidity i basicly have is growing inside of a large bass bin cab 45in tall 32 long 25 wide wood is plywood checked temp its goes to 85 with all lights on with fan on medium it stays about 60 in my room so when i shut off the lights it drops fast

H202 is hydrogen peroxide. You can get cheap stuff at the drug store, it will be like 0.5% but if you go to the grow shop, Growtech tells H202 thats 35%.
If you do 1 big water every couple days, as the soil drys out it pulls air into the soil, and your roots Need this air.
Just keep an eye on them and dont over do it.

I always remove lower yellowing/dead leafs, they eventually dry up and fall off anyway.

still ... fuck though i fixed that what is it locking out ? i watered yesterday 1 cup and broke up the compacted soil seem to help ive left the light on for 2 days now cause i thought i might have confused it ? should i leave it off for a day or 12 hrs and put it back on track with 18/6 should i give it my molasses water i made ? has 1/2 teaspoon in a 24 oz bottle i wish i had a timer ... im getting those nutes but i dont know witch ones to get for this poor plant ... im getting a better cfl too found out my 65 watt that its 4400k im thinking thats not helping neather veg needs a 6500k right ? witch i dont have ... i did find an hps for 35 with a balist thats 250 watt ?

Get a timer if you got one, set light to 18hrs a day. If the soil is moiste LEAVE IT. Let the soil dry out, then feed her again with plain water.
It might not be as bad as you think, pics would give me a better idea.
When My lights go out, all my plants droop, when the lights come on you can literally sit for 10-20 min and watch them move up towards the lights, its kinda crazy. But when they are healthy, day after watering, they always creep up towards the light.
