Did I Mess this up or can it Recover?

29 days old and this is what I have it was looking kind of half dead but now it is growing again. Temp is good, No Nutes yet all of the others are doing ok but this. Any help?
 
over-water and maybe a bit heat stressed, but mainly bit much water, so cut back on water and you are fine and it will make it, seen worse ones which made it;)

good question, didn't noticed this first, he probably replanted the one to a bigger bucket, i guess one without or not sufficient drainage and that is causing his trouble now. maybe he also stuck to the watering schedule of the smaller pot as well...:roll:
