I noticed it as well. Possibly he fears a revolution of sorts. The stoners will have a like revolt of sorts.... They will be too far in the middle of a marijuana binge to know any better... It would be utter f'ing chaos...

It's probably the spam bug scewin' with the system. RIU should do something "like" you gotta put up a pic(avatar) before you can start a thread. That might render the little shit useless. GOD
