i just finished harvesting this is my 1st time growing and 2nd plant harvested never noticed anything on the other plant it was good no one complained but today when i was triming i noticed a bunch of purple female flowers but they were empty looks like a seed should be in it i phoned a buddy he said this is normal dont worry about it but im not sure can anyone help me i hope to fuck sakes its not hermied:(IMG_6841.jpgIMG_6842.jpgIMG_6843.jpgor am i just freakin out

You are overreacting.
If it had hermied 'properly' you'd be able to tell.

I hardly see any seed pods.


Light it up :weed: (if it's dried and cured properly)

Most calyxes are formed with these pods (whether it be male or female).
Male plants don't have pistils nor are the pods empty.
These pods will swell up on the female plant (they are essentially empty sacks).

They are very common yes.

Even if it hermied like crazy (doesn't look like it did) it wouldn't matter at the stage you are at...... the buds are finished and any male flowers can simply be smoked along with the buds without any ill effects.

Looks nice BTW good job, I'm sure it will be some good smoke if you cure it well. Even plants that have partially seeded wont be terrible smoke, but I would advise removing any seeds you find before smoking it. :mrgreen:

Normal. Like everyone else said. I didn't notice any my first grow and I did have a hermie my first grow, they're two sacks, not one and you would of saw them before harvest.

Now im on my second grow I see these sacks where the branches come up from the fan leaves, they're purplish in color.

Sometimes you might get seeds from bad genetics that are prone to hermi. Some produce male parts {bananas} deep inside the colas late in the grow. Very hard to spot until they poke there little yellow heads out for a peek. I don't usually grow these strains again unless it's the bomb. Good luck and green mojo for you.
