I recently found out (after getting busted) that you can get put on a protection register for growing weed (The protection agency's register for children and vulnerable adults)

They didn't in my case "We found it to be in appropriate in your case."

But, just be warned, if you get bested, it could happen, mainly if your seen to be distributing.
