If your between 6-7 you should be good ph wise. Did you check the ph after you added the nutes?
I'm learning right along here with you, I don't know what it could be but at least you will know the ph is right.

sweet thanks

what im scared about is getting really harsh weed because i used ferts untill death and didnt flush.
For some reason my first plant i harvested when i take medium hits of it i cough and i never cough like i pride my self on it haha.
So i dont know what i did its prob cus i chopped it early
Nah don't worry about that, you will definitely know when your plant starts ripening up... Pretty much just flush in the last week, when you start noticing the calyxes getting really fat (the things where the pistils/hairs come out of). Flush it out, stop using nutes, and flush again a few days before harvest and that should be golden. Your smoke might be harsh in the beginning, but after 4 weeks or so of curing it will be so smooth you don't feel it enter your lungs when your smoking a joint of it.

K got it.

yeah to not cough when it smoke it i just draw into my mouth than inhale into my lungs quickly so i dont have to get the burn/ich during the hit
Pretty much what I do

damn its kinda starting to worry me but for about a week and a half my plants just dont seem to be growing.
The only thing thats happened is the lower fan leaves have died.

What ph do i want for my water/nutes?
Yeah dude they seem pretty small.

Some people say strips are whats up, but I think youd be better off with a meter. Meters just show you a number, and you can adjust and test again to make sure without fucking with looking at shades of colors. Plus you can use a meter over and over and over, you cant use strips like that. Find a cheap simple one for around $25-$30 and get some regular pH up and pH down. Thats some simple gear a hydroponic store is carrying. All generic brands.

No offense but those plants are looking pretty small. They should be a lot bigger with all that light, definitely a lot fatter with larger buds. I think you will notice an immediate difference when you get your pH working.

Also, with nutes, add your nutes to the water, then adjust the pH. Your pH should be between 6.5-7.0... I put it around 6.7-6.8

good luck

I think I payed $14 per bottle (like 32oz), and only ended up using a few ounces of liquid, barely skimmed the top... You don't need a lot of pH up or pH down, its super concentrated and meant to change the pH of 100+ gallon hydroponic reservoir.

Then i dont know whats going on guys because my strips are reading i think a 6 or somthing...

I'll try to raise it. Thanks anyway guys.
Add some dolomitic lime & some blackstrap unsulphured molasses. Kind of a strange lookin plant, but those nugs look gnarly & I bet they smoke good. For some reason I rarely if ever see autos grow without some kind of burn or nute lock up problem. They seem to be more sensitive to ph & N levels than most sativas or indicas.

Alright i give in lol im going to order it thanks for the links man cus i dont know anything about ph testers.

Is it possible they are in too small of a container, and they are rootbound??
I dont think they are root bound because they are in 2.5 gallon containers and thats way larger than what the joint doctor recommends.

Yeah im getting some molasses for sure.

how big are the containers?

I've done a decent plant in a relatively small container
2.5 gallons, but i dont think the containers are whats messing them up ive seen SiCC get a OZ from a party cup.

How tall was that plant when you started flowering?
12-16"

It might just be rootbound, mine was rootbound for sure.
we'll see after i fix the ph.

O btw do i need to order the calibration liquid?

Well dude. I would. It's a few $ and it will last, and keep your meter correct, AND your already getting stuff shipped.

That being said, I never actually bought calibration fluid... I've used my meter for a few months with no calibration. It used to take a minute to get a solid readout, now it has to sit in the water for like 4-5 minutes before I can get an accurate read.

It takes a super small amount of calibration fluid to calibrate it. Also, I hear you should use storage solution for a pH meter. The guy at my hydro store says he keeps a small little sliver of a wet sponge in the pH meter cap (no storage soluton) but some people here said you shouldn't do that.

What I think is that you should use the storage solution for pH meters if you want to take good care of them. Nice meters are between $100 and like $300, those (imo) are the ones you want to take care of. People use those for really nice hydroponic grows, a simple meter will suffice for a small soil grow ;). Now a $25 meter? To me that's not a lot of money so I wouldn't worry too much about taking the best possible care of it.

Also, I keep forgetting your running auto flower. I want to withdraw my remark about them looking tiny, I've never ran an autoflower so thats probably why they look small to me.

I wouldn't worry about the yellowing leaves, the plants think winter is on it's way. I know it looks tatty but it means the buds are gonna be shitting crystals soon, make sure you give 'em at least 5 days dark before you crop. +rep
