Difference between 2 of my plants?

First grow. The plant on the left is fine, but the other one has yellow/greenish bud sites, and also the pistils are flimsier for the plant on the right. Any thoughts? Or does it seem fine 2 you? Info: 200w cfl, lowryder autos, 39 days old.

U and your brother have the same mother but don't look alike right? The same with plants, all will not be identical bud.
