Different Nutrients Different PPM?

I've switched from Advance Nutrients Ph Perfect to General Hydroponics Flora Series I was trying go by the same ppms. But it seems the GH is stronger and I need less ppms? The two plants on the back row the new growth is just a little too yellow. This is 12 Deadhead OG in a 4X4 tent

Being stronger means higher ppm.

EC does matter. Adjust accordingly. Bring it down to previous readings or watch for issues.
