Hey all, so i have 9 plants in pots in one big 4x4 tray filled with hydroton and by now im positive that the roots are probably all interconnected..

It is time to harvest about half of the plants and the other half of the plants will be ready in about 3 weeks because they are a different strain and are flowering slower.

Can i chop down the half that are ready? Or will the roots rot and hurt the other plants still growing? I obviously cant rip out the pots completely that i need to chop down because im sure the roots are all interconneccted now.

What should I do?

heh iv just been flushing for about a week, and suprisingly... the ones that are ready to go let a lot of their leaves turn yellow and the ones that are the other strain have all remained a pretty dark green... guess im lucky. i know this is quite a pickle and i wont ever be doing it again like this... but now that im in this situation im just looking for a way out :P.
