Dilemma, to re-veg or not

So here is my dilemma. I am still a little over a month from harvest, I need help deciding whether to fully harvest her, or to leave a little bit, re-veg her indoors til planting season and put her outside with my next crop. I really like her, and she has been forgiving as a first grow, and I have heard that outdoors this strain can get absolutely monstrous, getting over 10ft (I have kept her as a pretty compact bush, she's about 2 feet tall) and yielding close to 2lbs per plant. So obviously I would love to grow it again when it can hit it's full potential outdoors, but I have no idea if I will be able to get another clone, and if I buy seeds there is no guarantee on phenotype. So I thought hey, maybe I can leave a couple of the lower branches (In particular she has a branch that started so low it actually connects to her base under the soil and it's maturing slightly slower than the rest, I think it might have delayed growth to grow it's own roots or something, I don't know), and just throw her back into 18/6 lighting until march-april and then toss her outside. The downside is I would have to leave some bud on her, which as a first time grow just seems so painful. What do I do? Here is a link to my grow journal so you can see the plant if that helps https://www.rollitup.org/blogs/772195-ace-yonder.html

I think i would love to see a picture of a 2 foot tall 2lb yielding plant. Maybe ounces but still......:?:

First I am stoned this shouldn't be in the plant problems section hahaha I apologize for that, meant to post in newbie central. And no, the idea was never that she will yield 2lbs as is, I will be happy if I get one ounce, I was saying after my hopefully-one-ounce harvest, put her back into veg indoors (Since the days are too short to veg outside), then move her outside, into a 15 gallon pot, and let her continue to veg outdoors over the summer, hopefully growing during the several months of veg to much larger than two feet. I wouldn't be harvesting her again until late october, and after march/april she would never be coming back inside. Basically growing her during the same period as I would be if I started with a brand new clone. I was just wondering if there are any reasons NOT to do this, i.e. harvesting/re-vegging causes too much stress and she will herm, or something like that

I would try to take some clones off the bottom and hope they take. Go back to veg nutes and veg lighting for the clones of course. I just use plain tap water with 8 drops of cal/mg on day 4 for my aero cloner...most will show some small roots around day 5. In 5-10 days you'll know if you have to re-veg her or not. Plenty of high yielding potent strains out there so don't freak out if you loose her. Find the best smoke in your neighborhood and try like Hell to get a clone of her. I like to shoot for potency first, than try to start maximizing her yield if she's a keeper. I wouldn't buy a seed just because the breeder say's it's a high yielder. Christ....that's over 75% of the seeds out there.

Thanks for answering, but I think i didn't clarify what I was asking. Sadly taking clones from her is not an option as I have no incubator, no rooting compound, and no extra capital to acquire said things. I already followed (somewhat) the advice about finding the "best smoke in my neighborhood", as that is how I got the clone that I started with, but I also selected her for her growing characteristics, which are also important. I really love this local african landrace, but I don't want to grow a pure sativa with a 12-14 week flowering period. Genetics play a big role in things. Also, I am not confused about what I am doing, I just want an answer to a specific question, which is will partially harvesting a plant and then re-vegging it cause too many issues to be worth it, or is it possible to get good results? I have access to many many clones, so I'm not worried that I won't find something I like, I just have come to understand the way this particular plant grows a little better and wanted to get a little more time with her.

If it is a plant you want to keep, reveg it. you shouldn't have any issues. You don't have to leave very much on the plant. It will grow a little strange at first and look ugly, but will come around and start growing.
Then you can take clones if you like. And you do not need an incubator or rooting compound to successfully clone. It can help, but isn't necessary.

Just remember, don't freak out if new growth looks a little strange at first. I had one plant look absolutely alien for the first couple weeks.

Yeah I am anticipating that, I have grown other plants (Fruits, veggies, etc.) that I have harvested and re-vegged and it always looks trippy for a while until it gets back on it's feet. I see a lot of spiral growth on leaves it looks like they are swirling down a tiny drain at the base of their stem. The wonder of nature that growing plants reveals is endless and astounding and I love every minute of it!
