Dont leave us hanging, whats your trick?
. https://www.rollitup.org/t/my-love-for-growing.982411/ In this thread I take some beat up clones and bring them back.. long story, but you can see how I take
The top leaf off and a few fan leaves... ill post some recent pics tomorrow kinda busy today! but if you see that post you can watch how they catch up by just taking the top leaves plus the surrounding fan leaf... the plant stops growing that shoot taller and all others cAtch up.. not sure if there is a name for it? But it works!

Yea it's called selective defoiliation. Inhibit growth from tall tops by removing the leaf, engine that drives them, allowing the other tops to catch up and get even by the time the defoil'd branch/top re-leafs. I do it a lot.

Actually it would be called selective pruning :). Look up the definition of the word defoliation. He is pruning and selective pruning is a great technique to control where the plant send growth hormones.

ive never had bud rot! if your air flow is good i have overkill for my tent my humidity goes up dont matter... bad circulation is cause for bud rot imo.... but again ive never had it or pm thank god...
I've only had bud rot indoors once, and the RH was low and airflow was huge. Sometimes the colas can get so dense and fat that they trap moisture in, and all the airflow in the world doesn't help because it can't reach the center of the cola.

I used to strive for super dense colas, now I prefer less dense ones, they dry more evenly as well.
