dimmer switch question

I have my four hundred watt led grow light between eighteen and twelve inches, with the veg switch at fifty percent. Seedling seem to be growing but at a slow pace. Should i turn the veg dimmer switch all the way up to a hundred percent. Sorry for pic quality. Thanks

No. Perhaps use a cfl or two to veg.

I wouldn't be worried about it. You don't need the light to be too intensive at this stage but yeah a couple cfl's will always do wonders.
