Hello all,
Had to mention how good the customer service is from these two companies.
I ordered L.A Gelato and Sunrise Sherbert through Dinafem (they sell humboldt).
The seeds didn't germinate properly and failed to thrive.
I sent an email only warning them of this flaw, as it is a new strain.
Within days both companies reached out to resolve the issue. That is real customer service.
I am still waiting for my replacement seeds, however, I have been around the block and can assure you this is above average customer care.
Good job to Kevin Jodreys team and Dinafem for holding the industry standard.
