I like pork.
Tonights menu includes the following.
Loin of Pork layered with sliced apples and thinly sliced Black Forest Ham, wrapped
in thick cut strips of Hickory/Pepper BACON. On the Weber. Done slow.
Red Taters and Onions in the cast Iron skillet.
Apple sauce.
Fresh loaf of home made Cheese and Onion bread.
Bread pudding with caramel and double vanilla bean Ice Cream.
