Yes, the top suggestion right now is the one I suggested. It's a way to deal with the 25 mile limit that will knock me and others out of growing our own if a dispensary ever opens with in 25 miles of us. Sorry but I think NORML climbed in bed with Big money and screwed us. :twisted: I've also endorsed a few other ideas that sound good. Please go take a look and vote. You don't have to vote my way, just vote how you want and for what you want or even make your own suggestions. Thanks and lets work on get our Medical Marijuana Program to work for everyone. BTW it seems that voting isn't restricted to just AZ patients, so even if your from somewhere else, please check out the site.

That one looks great, if I had any votes left I'd put one up for it. My only problem on the caregivers program is that I thought (Yes my memory isn't what it use to be) that in the beginning you only had to get one caregivers card at a cost of $200.00 per year, but now read that you must have one for each patient, so if you have 5 people your helping that will cost you 1000.00. That's ridiculus, it only further raises the cost to the patients overall. Seems like they only want the well-off to be able to have pain relief, But I do like that it in no way interfers with my ability to grow my own

agreed. charging caregivers $200 each patient per year makes them pretty much HAVE to charge more. however i do know some Caregiver networks that charge far below market for their meds and are getting by just fine. people like www.CannabisKindness.com and a couple other Caregivers that are working on Facebook as well.

lets keep our medical Mj with just us patients, if we all grew a few plants, there would be more weed than we could smoke. But they MUST find a way to make money off us.... money that will only be spent bailing corporations out of finacial trouble, or will be used sending money and food to pakistan(worst thing ever). Keep MMJ patient driven.....

FOR THE PATIENT BY THE PATIENT.!!!!!

get a real job, stop trying to get rich teh same way Big Pharm does.off of over pricing meds to people in need.

IMO the big pharm comps need to get involved and then the fda can reg. it and then the class of drug wouldn't matter.

this has already been done. the gov has changed marijuana to a schedule 3 but only for pharmaceutical companies. this was a couple months ago i think. not sure when. google it. i think this is why LV was calling you stupid.

I have heard of nothing regarding marijuana being rescheduled. That would be huge news.

I think it's likely to happen and probably in the very near future, but don't expect for one minute that it will be a gift to the people. There is big money here and our government takes care of the good ol boys club. It will be THC and or CBD's in pill or tincture, but you will never see bud from your local pharmacist.

Yeah. Fuck Big Pharm getting involved. There is no denying the medicinal value anymore. I would not be one bit surprised if that is the motivation behind the crack down happening right now. After they seize assets of dispensaries, shut everyone down, jail people and generally wreak havoc in the MMJ community, we'll probably see THC rescheduled. Marijuana will still be illegal. Bet on it.

Yeah, it says they're making plans to reschedule, but it hasn't happened yet. That article confirms everything I suspected. I don't doubt it happening at all and probably soon.

They can not make marijuana in pill form there in something uniqe (sp) in the but. Taken from a marijuana doc on netflix.

How do you explain canna caps then?

They already have Marinol on shelves here in the US, which is a synthetic THC. That's probably what you heard a doctor talking about, but they most certainly can make it in pill form. People just don't like compared to the real thing.

Sativex is a mouth spray that contains THC and CBD's and already on the market in other countries.
