Whachathink?

My space is 3'2"w x 3l x 5h for growing, the space is bigger, the length is longer allowing me in there to tend the plants, plus there is lots of 1'5" space under the landing and first set of steps. I was concerned that a 400w system would overheat the room and make it hard to control temps. Any guidance, appreciated.

I have a 3/4" condensation pipe that I rerouted to free up space, thought of slipping in a T and force exhaust via that? Too small? Also, though of just venting under the siding, once I've propped it out a bit with a bolt or something, just a 1/2" or so. I live in a condo and tryinig to avoid punching an additional vent into the outside rear siding which may make some other unit owners wonder what it's for. (They are side by side townhomes.)

What's your take on mylar vs white walls? Have yet to panel it up. Presently it is exposed insulation tucked in between the studs. Do have access to some 1" white styraform insulation...

That light fixture would be fine for your room, and at least give you a good start, use blue tubes for veg and red tubes for flowering. You can always add some red CFLs later. There will be some heat put out by those lamps that you will have to deal with. Find a better way to exhaust.

Go with flat white paint on the walls, easiest by far.
