Disappointed in Nirvana seeds

I ordered my seeds 10 days ago, along with a germination kit and sol grow tabs. After waiting 9 days, the package arrives; a simple cardboard mailer with paper tape across the flap. Inside was my germination kit with little to poor instruction and the sol tabs. NO SEEDS, so the other items are worthless at present.

I opened a ticket and was asked to give a week for the ticket to get worked.

does Nirvana ship their items separate from the seeds? The do not indicate this on the order confirmation.

Just to confirm, it was Nirvana Shop and they processed on credit card. Shows on statement as thisipod.com or something similar.

check all the nooks and crannies of that thing the hide them in things..check again.

they will make it right, but you may have your seeds and just haven't found them.

Um........ I believe if you go back to the site and look at the germ kit page, at the bottom it tells you that they send them seperate....... actually, here is a copy and paste from their site:

NOTE: For security reasons, we always ship Germination Kits and Soiltabs separately from any seeds you order. This means that if you order both seeds and other products, the two shipments may not arrive on the same day.

Indeed your correct. They do ship the items separately. They're not going to ship the seeds, along with any kind of germination materials. That obviously applies that idea.. to most people.. that the person that the seeds/germination materials are being shipped to.. they put the two and two together.. and figure that someone is going to germinate and grow the seeds.

Which, if you pay attention to these sites.. they all strictly tell you.. that the purchase of Cannabis Seeds isn't illegal.. since they're being sold strictly as "souvenirs".. and are not sold to be germinated.. and all that stuff.

Which, that right there.. if you've ever read it before.. should tell you the answer as to why your seeds weren't shipped with the germination materials. That would actually be illegal to do.

anyhow, hopefully everyone understands what I'm trying to say here. I do.

Good catch, I wouldn't have never know that, cuz i would never buy a germ kit from them. Peat pellets and too many other options.

I wouldn't buy a germination kit period. Let alone one off the internet..

If I need any kind of germination materials.. I simply run to my local nursery my friend. They almost always got what I need.

but, in the rare occurrence they don't have what I need at that exact time.. I can always run over to Wally World (Wal-Mart)..

I.. actually despise that corporation.. they're going to take over the world one day my friend.. that's a fact! Well, maybe not a fact.. but its

kinda like a "sixth sense" type of thing you know what I'm saying mi amico?


Sorry for the ramble.. I'm high. 28 years old.. still smoking. LOL.. and growing! I'll never stop smoking.. probably never stop growing either... not

until God above calls me up. But even then, my imagination wonders if I'll be able to smoke up in heaven..

And wiseguy316, a good friend of mine always used to joke (though it was never really particularly funny) that "The meaning of life resides in the fine print of existance". Not sure of his point with that, but since then(for reasons unknown) I always look for disclaimers and fine print, lol.

I only stopped at the thread cuz i do lots of business with nirvana and never had a problem..Just wanted to see what's up, the tilte should not be disappointed in the seeds. Can't be disappointed in sumfin ya don't have..lol I like nirvana. Alice rocks.

got this from there faq 12. How will my order be shipped?

You can order seeds, merchandise and growth solutions in a single order. However, seeds will always be shipped separately from any other products, to ensure a stealthy and discreet shipment. We wrap each order in very discreet packaging in the form of some type of gift inside a non-descript envelope. so yes they ship seeds seprate from other products.

I want to thank ALL of you for responding, I feel a lot better now. I looked all over my order confirmation and email and never saw anything indicating that the seeds were shipped separate. I guess that does make sense. My thinking was, some people can germinate and grow seeds legally.

As for ordering them along with a germination kit, I'm a first time customer. I have no knowledge of their rep. If I get no or poor germination, they can see that I used one of their "highly recommended" methods and they would be more likely to make it right. I've had good success with paper towels and saran wrap in a dark closet.

I don't know what to think now. Still no seeds. The germ kit arrived 4 days ago. The help desk page alludes to being busy and trying to ship orders as fast as possible and thanking people for understanding, but I don't see how my seeds are going to arrive 5 or more days away from the germ kit.

What's the longest you have had to wait for seeds? I'm nearing 15 days and beginning to doubt they'll ever arrive. Very frustrating. I order from Grasscity all the time and the longest it has taken to get anything from them is about a week.

15 days isn't much, and if they have posted they're backed up, 15 days is really not much
their rep is pretty good on delivery time, but if they admit to a problem, then be prepared to wait a bit longer

16 days and still no seeds.

Anyone considering ordering from Nirvana should ask for the estimated delivery times. I've been asked to give them yet another week to arrive by Charlie at Nirvana. I have a grow room all dressed up with nothing to grow... I should have ordered from two different seed companies...

many European companies have a month off during the summer, not sure if the UK does the same

What are the odds I'd still be sitting here empty handed if I ordered from two different companies at the same time? Grasscity ships rolling and smoking supplies from Amsterdam. The longest I have ever waited for them was about 8 days, half the time it's taking Nirvana. One thing that is strange though, I think nirvana has billing/shipping issues. They claim they shipped day after I ordered, and they probably did for the germ and soil kits, however my prepaid CC was not charged until six days ago, about 10 days after I ordered. Why would they ship seeds and then charge card ten days later? Something is not adding up. If they were more transparent with their ACTUAL shipping times, I might not be sitting here wondering wtf is up...
