It looks like you are giving her too much nitrogen and burning the leaves. You need to back off of the nitrogen until the damage stops progressing, then start her back on 1/2 strength nute schedule. Happy growing!

The only other thing I could think of was not enough or too much plant food. You think too much? I havent exactly been measuring how much food I give her. Ive never changed the water either, should I? I thought about changing it regularly but it didnt make sense putting the nutrients in the water and then dumping the bucket after a few days. Instead of changing the water I have been topping it off with fresh water every morning. Ive kept the PH at 6.0 but I heard some other people talking about PPM. The PH tester I have has a PPM feature on it but Im not sure what I should try and keep it at. Also, what do you mean 1/2 strength nute schedule? Im not on any kind if nute schedule. Can you explain?

Temp with light on is around 80. Temp of water is about the same. Bulb is 400w but we have been running it at 250w. The distance from the light to plant is about your hands length.

They were either scorched when the affected leafs were the top leafs or suffered nutrient burn at that growth phase. Don't matter anymore though, since the new growth looks good to me from the pics.

My plant isnt looking very good. The leaves on the top are curling and even more discolored. The leaves on the bottom are wilting and falling off quickly. I changed the water and gave it some nutrients. The PPM meter is showing 2000. Im not sure if its working cause I only gave it a few cap fulls. What should the PPM be at? Any advice?

Sorry, I must have missed these pics :(
That water temp is not acceptable, you will need a chiller, or have to grow in soil.

I changed the water again and did another PPM reading and it said 200. I guess its working and I was really overdoing it with the nutrients. What should my PPM and water temp be?

Under 70, if your res is in the same room as your plants you will need a chiller. Your res will have ambient temperature unless you manually cool it down with ice packs (I would only do that in an emergency) or add a chiller.
I think that you can add some hydrogen peroxide (check about dosing first!!!) every 2-3 days to keep the pathogens under control, it would also help with the rootzone. Al'B fuct talks about that alot in his old threads.

Bottom line, in hydro you will need a chiller unless you are in a cooler climate. Even then, the submerged pumps, and augers can raise the temps back up.
I mentioned the word chiller 3 times for a reason!
Good luck ganja brother!
