Discrimination?

Hey, I live in canada and im applying for a job that makes you take a piss test and was woundering since I have my medical marijuana card if I fail the test and they dont hire me b/c of that is it like discrimination or something? Thanks.

no. its YOUR choice to have medical marijuana. there are other forms of medicine you can take. even if the side effects are terrible for you. if they say no to pot thats their choice. the dont HAVE to hire you. the reason for that is they dont want people high at work. it doesnt matter if its because you have cancer or youre just some kid who has a mmc. its not in any form discrimination.
