diagnosis: dislocated should, sprained shoulder

Prescription: 1/2 oz marijuana, indica strain
Prescriber: yours truly
Directions: smoke liberally every 3-4 hours
status: stoned for next 4-5 days (i would be anyways)

ha i posted this in the wrong section before

dislocations of my shoulder are what led to my rotator cuff being shredded....that and lower back pains is what got me my med card ....haha

sounds like im about to move to cali! i want a club card
