Dispencery question for washington state

I am a provider for my father in law and will have more then he can use...so my question is, what is the going rate in washington state if i where to go to a dispencery with it? also, do i need to report any thing donated to me for the time and materials spent on growing the meds to the IRS?

Yes I live in Washington . Going prices are 150 1/2 oz. ,300 oz, etc. Not cheap! Thats why im growing my own.
