Dude you could just get ladybugs, they survive off of bugs like spidermites and come in packs of 1000 for $5.

My last grow sucked with mites. I put over 3K of Ladybugs in a 12x12' grow room
They might have helped but the mites still wiped me out.
This year I'm going outside, but still have them inside for 2 months till it warms up enough.
Neam Oil this year till I get them outside then if I do get Mites they'll have to deal with
more than ladybugs, I'm looking for 5 or 6 Praying Mantises.

Be careful. If you smoked that the spidermites can reproduce inside of you and start feeding off your brain.

do you know what happens when you have a room full of lady bugs and no mites? because i was using them for preventative purposes but i didnt think of this part. now alot of them are on their backs. i also think they might be frying themselves because they are always on my hood glass

I have kicked around the idea, so I caught a few and kept them in a jar for about a week. I saw how much crap was on the glass from just a few ladybugs over the course of a week and thought, "Well, I might not be smoking mites, but I'll definitely be smoking ladybug shit. Idk, no more appealing to me than smoking mites and I don't really don't freak about them too much, PERSONALLY. I just hate the devestating effect they can have on a crop. You'll NEVER get a plants full potential if it has pests or disease. EVER!
Thank you for the suggestion though. That's what makes the forums so good.

I put all the dead lady bugs in my soil and called the bud from that plant the fourth reich, kinda of racist but... very fitting.

Spray them down with some soda and the sugar will keep most of them from filyin into the light.
Put them out when your lights are off and it's good to spritz a little water on the plants cause their pretty thirsty
when you bring them out of hibernation (Refridgerator).

i put my girls into the shower right before i harvest them and wash off any dead bugs or poop or anything else that will wash off.............. THC is NOT WATER Soluble............

Gross. This is the reason that I grow my own grass. Smoking dead bug exoskeletons and their poo is not the same as eating a few spiders a year. Spider mite faecal matter and body parts are a major and serious contaminant in dried cannabis. It is known to contain e-coli and other pathogens. It poses a very real and serious risk to lungs, and is an antagonist for many lung conditions. Dont do it.
