Ok maybe im just overthinking shit like i usually do. But......am i the only one who thinks they should run theyre clone lightracks @ an 18/6 schedule? Especially march-july, when outdoor growers are buying clones the most?

Every dispensary ive asked what they keep theyre light schedule @, and so far....EVERY one has said they keep it @ 24/7..........i cant help but think this is gonna screw me up & send me into flower as soon as i drop em.

Thoughts?

Sidenote....the majority of my older plants have been on a light schedule of 18/6 for the past week & 1/2....some less than that.....in attempt, to make the sudden light schedule change less drastic when im ready to throw em in....

You would think plants under 24 hours would continue to veg outdoors at this point of the season but I'm not sure. There was one guy I talked to on this site that said he put some plants out from 24 hours in June and they fully flowered and he harvested a good and mature crop/plant in July. I don't know if there is a consensus on this idea that a 24 hour plant thrown outdoors will go into flower if going to say 24 to 15-16 hours light...

I think that is a good point. I've never put clones from inside to out during the summer, but I have heard they will flower on you if there is too much variation in the light schedule. But then I don't live where you have the Seven Eleven types of clone options.

What if someone wants to run their lights at night?

At least this way you don't have to change their whole schedule around
