Dispensary in Warren

Yea our lawyer said Flint would be the best bet for any spot and they have grandfathered zoning ordinances so that's why I ask. New ones will have to follow new guidelines

warren has a city ordinance making it illegal to grow within the city limits. I didn't know this until after I recently moved here. now I grow in a building across 8 mile. the cops are fakin assholes (most of them anyways), and forget about doing anything in Oakland county. its NOT gonna happen. if it does, expect a knock a week or so later from the authorities. we had tons of trouble securing a venue for a local compassion club in Oakland.

and if you do run a dispensary, don't you have to grow a certain % of medicine on premises? if so that alone trumps you.

I believe that is because "dispensaries" and/or their business model are simply not permitted within our 2008 Michigan Medical Marihuana Act. Then again assaulting patients as Schedule I narcotic felons is clearly prohibited as well. This is the "racket" to which I was referring to in my earlier post.

I worked for one in Warren that was open for longtime a while ago . The one near 9 mile isn't as safe as u think either they have been shut down many times and threatened. . Its best to make aliences with whoever can because if decide to be the one who thinks they are better than everyone it will come back to bite in the ass. Goto Florida if want to do well your first year. The 2 year card here screwed the doctors over and it's gonna hurt the industry which patients don't really see because they are saving money. . The clinics are loosing and the doctors may skip town (ie illinois)
