does anybody know if any dispensaries have opened up in tucson? also i heard they cant open up one within ten miles of a school. is that true?

If they can make that rule, they could make it 25 miles from a school. Which would solve the One Big Problem with the AZ MMA.
I think you may have just accidentally stumbled onto the loophole that saves patient cultivation for AZ.
