Im growing auto flowers in smart pots using Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I’m water about every three days right now usinting distilled water. Should I be adding cal mag every time I water since distilled water has nothing in it?

You don't have too. I use distilled water with no problems (without using cal-mag). I only used Cal-mag every once in a while, like every 2-3 days (depending if she needs it)

Distilled water is my "preferred" water. For some reason, any other water fucks up my plant. So now I just use distilled water to pop seeds in and to water my plants.

If that is soil than you were much less likely to need cal-mag than if it were soiless. Keep in mind calmag is ca/mg/fe
Your plant will tell you if it needs it. Ca will spot the new growth. Mg will stripe the old growth between the veins.

If you add distilled water to your tap, it will lower the PH of the water.
