I have hear you can use chitosan to make your own Bud Factor X?
Has anyone tried this?

First, Bud Factor X is magnesium sulfate... aka EPSOM SALT! It's on the label...

Does your butt hurt after rereading the price tag?

Chitin / Chitosan will keep your soil larvae population down. Not sure about bud

Only in solid form. AN's bud factor is a waterbottle.

A little known secret is the active ingredient is Chitosan.
I will try to post the video if I can find it.

I call bullshit. Because most commercially sold products are marketed.

Hey, they have to gin up SOME mystery to get people to pay $81.95 for a QUART?!?!

BTW, for those who are interested in using epsom salt to supplement sulphur and magnesium, Wal-Mart has big 8lb bags of the stuff... for six bux. I suggest starting with 1-1.5g/gal in your nutrient reservoir.

Big Mike says he tried dozens of 'Ingredients' until he found the one for Bud factor X....

Most probably chitosan and could be bought a lot cheaper than big Mikes 'find'.
