A clear plastic button on the unit that holds a photcell that turns the floodlight on and off.If it is not a flood light , never mind the rest of the info stands its real easy dont make permant connctions until you know they are right , dont touch 2 bare wires at the same time.

If you're gonna build something save your money on the prefab 3 socket fixtures and Y adapters (don't those things cost like $4 or $5 each?). You can buy sockets for $0.97 each. You've already got the wiring down, now just some sheer grit and determination will get you something bigger.

Hey ConstantGardner,
Why don't you use those water tight, shrink fit wire connectors, like they use on Boats and such? I would be afraid to have those Wires with only wire nuts. Accidents do happen. Little spilt water, over spray from the bottle, Connection that breaks while under pressure. These connections can be found at any Marine supply store.

I have the same bathroom fixture as well, mines a 6 bulb one, the bare wire is your ground,so if you want to splice a grounded extension cord it will be the green one, the others are color coded black and white just match them up and use marettes.

The light fixtures come with wire nuts . Just use thoes and a cord and your good to go..
The ground wire is not used in my application. Mine looks sloppy but im still am gonna build a refector for it...

Im all about saving money, and thats why i did this.. And no, "Y adapters cost $1.50". I couldnt find it online but go to lowes and go to the roofing section where they have the shingles. they sell small $8 roles of the stuff. its perfect cuz it is flat white and is metal so no fire issues. also you can bend it to focus the light and looks like you can install it perfectally on that $9 dollar light strip.
I couldnt find it on thier website but I would say its they best thing at lowes to use for reflectors its also very lite

I knew that White flashing was there, but never thought about it.. Great IDEA.......
You get what little +rep I can give yah. That flashing is fast and easy to work with. Just watch the edges, it is very, very sharp.
