Listen to Hyroot. However, since you are already here, I use this putty tape all around the edges and replace it every time. Also do not run the cord out of the side. Run the cord through the top. These were built when it was worth it, but not now.So ya i made one and the spray action is great but the fes its in leaks like crazy. Wondering if anyone could give ideas of a water tight container to use.
Really mine was like 30$ tops. Already had pump. But ya i had an easycloner 48 but it was confinscated. Ill look into a clone machine because they are easy. Thx for your input?Just buy a cloner. The king cloner on amazon. About same price as building your own without the constant headaches from constantly adjusting your cloner to prevent leaking.
You need a container with a lid that sits flushed inside the container and doesn't drape over the edges.. Which is damn near impossible to find.
I ended up adding a pvc valve on my pump to adjust the pressure or flow of water and that worked. Every time I clean . I have to adjust the pressure.

Nice. Clear tho? And only 6 sites. Net pots and neoprene collars is what I didn't want to have to buy. I just grabbed a few things I had laying around.I made my own bubble cloner, no spray no leaks.View attachment 3585034
Ummm i thought with a bubble cloner it was the spray from bubbles popping that worked. I dont think your supposed to have the stem submerged in water.I added the neoprene collars last night lol. This was a test and it is working very well but i have been making little tweeks here and there. I need to paint the outside of it black, algae will become and issue. I used rapid root plugs set in the net pots and kept the water level 1/4 below the pots. With neoprene discs you want to have the cuttings stem just under the water.
ill say this once and once only i can get use roots for under 10 bucks in about 4-6 days with out a bubble cloner
