DIY Ghetto HP Aeroponics build 100psi. This is the absolute first picture when the console was installed:

Everything wired and added some armaflex for sound insulation. Manual switches for "bleeding out" the system by opening the solenoid valves manually at res change. I can also manually run the return pump while cleaning the system at harvest.

Here's the bucket design. Two 8 gallon bucket sits on top of each other. The upper bucket has a bunch of holes in it. It also has a paint filter bag that fits perfectly in the first bucket. The netting gets bigger and bigger when it's being filled by roots.

Thought process is roots can get fine nutrient spray mist and also passively uptake nutrients from the droplets stuck in the netting.

Last picture is to show the buckets installed and some root pictures. Your able to see the filter bag also.

Im pretty sure you would only need one mist head in there, on an angle to fill the inside with mist instead of direct into the roots
Sure it would work. But I also need redundancy and I'm aiming for optimal saturation and spread ;). This way they still get water from top to bottom even though the buckets get completely covered and filled with roots.

I don't like designs with nozzles in the bottom spraying upwards. They don't work optimally with larger plants with bigger root mass.

Is like to build something like this but with four buckets and one Rez
Do you have a solid idea of where your tent is going to be? Is it in a corner?
Generally is easiest to just run the external res on the side of the tent.
If you know how you want it, id be happy to draw you up a rough diagram and parts list. Slow day today recovering from transplant day yesterday.

So I have a tent In my closet that is 5x2. I am going to remake it tho so that it’s got a higher ceiling. Now there’s a little corner In the closet that I could put the Rez in that is 13.5 inches by 10.5 inches.

This little nook has my carbon filter in it but I could put the Rez in the corner and hang the carbon filter above it.

One of the things I like about the flood and drain tables is that I could do multiple strains on it where with the buckets it’s one strain in each bucket. Unless I do like. 2 or 4 hole thing in each bucket which I don’t want to do. I’ve made my mind up that I don’t want to do any number of single DWC buckets because I have to change each one separately and stuff. If I do a RDWC it’s just the tank that needs tinkering with. I’d like to make a custom table that I can put pots in and flood it and then keep a Rez in that corner area I speak of

sounds like you want to do something like ebb and flow or flood to drain? A setup of either kind could easily be built to be used for both that and a rdwc table.
