Ya I noticed that. These plates are much better than the press I used previously. Watched some videos and see guys leaving just a small edge of the bag outside the plates and the flow seems much better I'll try that too
Yeah, I'm still experimenting. Only had this press for a few months.

After having covid my lungs couldn't take much so I laid off for a while. And I still like flower so I'm not turning everything into rosin. I basically only press bubble.

Then there's this I let it sit in the closed jar for about an hour on the plates at about 100° it was more runny and sticky.

4g and it was good.

I don't know what way is better or if there is a "better" they both where changed from what came out of the press.

Bag or no bag. Bottled or flat ( before press) . Then how you applied if you don’t mind. Need to get mine put together. Temp used.
Thank you
120 bags, bottled slow pressure until the plates close then wait 30.sec and press to 1ton. Wait a bit and press to 3-5ton. Temps between 190-210. Really depends on the bud. You'll have to do a couple test squish to see
I left it for about 3mins

This here's a little 'tester' tent I use to fuck around with stuff test different things and techniques before bringing into use (or not) in the main flower room. This test is a dual purpose. Gaia green/organic run w/blumats I'm also testing a couple phenos and making a decision on whether to cull some older mom's or not. Might just take this whole thing and make fresh frozen bubble and press it......

Ran it again just in the 90 and 45 and got another decent chunk. Out of ice. Freezing the material and run it again tmrw.
