Hello! so i was just web surfing with my sister and soon discovered a new drug called DMT (well its new to us!) and done some research. So this seems like something we'd both wanna try out cuz it seems to be such an intense high, like something out of this world. and i was wondering how much it usually costs (any info or suggestions you guys might know) and what amount of dosage to take for first time.
 
Lol you guys just found out about DMT.... not trying to be offensive just looking out for you and ur sister.. you may want to do a little more research.. also what is your psychedelic backgrounds? have you done shrooms, acid, peyote, rolls? this is going play a part in whether or not your ready to embark on this journey and believe me sir this is definitly a journey.
 
LOL yes! we 'just" discovered DMT and thanks for the concern. We are both major potheads..and soon to be DMT-heads over this fascination if our future dmt-experience goes well haha. we've done shrooms only a few times and found that trip to be amusing. and your right, this will probably be a journey for us and we expect it from listening to joe rogans experience and his out-of-this-worldly experience, also with spiritual/ET communication. So you think were ready to embrace this awakening??
 
ahh im assuming that when you say you've eaten shrooms you've eaten an 1/8th each time correct.. personally i think you should stick to the shrooms for now if you've only eaten them a few times get at least 10 experiences on your belt first make sure you truly understand the ins and outs of the psychedelic world because DMT is extremely psychedelic.. personally i would eat 5-7 grams once your experienced with shrooms and really get a feel for a strong trip... DMT is similar to shrooms but it will take you to another world.. Im just looking out for your mental safety.
 
hmm im aware of the psychedelic experience and how it feels. my first trip on mushrooms was bad over a long period of time given that my friend fukked up on the amount we took. so we ended up taking almost twice the recommended amount so around 2/8ths...and it was good for a short time of swirly colors and talking fish tanks, then it got worse and worse gradually that my memory wasnt working to the point where i forgot everything, and anything thought of at the moment, to the second. i still liked the idea of the trip and continued taking shrooms even after the "suicide trip", just in much lower doses. so yes, thanks for your concern as ive hit serious mental break-down from shrooms, but will continue to pursue my experiences. But just out of curiosity, how much does 10 grams of dmt go for?
 
hahaha even after telling me that you had a horrid experience with shrooms you still wish to pursue DMT.. just looking out for you get more experience on your belt and really understand how to calm yourself down during the trip that will help then maybee your ready.
 
excuse me i didnt mean to come off brash... it saying learn from your bad trips figure out what went wrong and if they happen again teach yourself how to fix them youll learn a great deal about yourself by turning a bad trip into a marvelous one. wish you the best...

Agreed, even though I studied some material on mediation, the words rang empty until I, under the guidance of DMT, evolved up to the point of understanding how I was learning the deepest forms of meditation.

This is a molecule that can turn an agnostic into a believer in 5 minutes.

I'm sorry but you are not ready for DMT. You need to do ALOT of research yet. Months, not weeks. The Amazonians spent their WHOLE life preparing for the experience. If you wanted to commit suicide from a quarter of cubes then god help you on DMT.

Umm....you don't get high of DMT, you trip balls lol I wouldn't buy DMT, either, I would make it. You don't know what you would be buying on the street!

You most certainly don't buy DMT off the streets, but you can buy DMT. Pretty much all of the 5-MeO-DMT ingested is bought. But the majority of DMT used is extracted.
 
hmm good point guys, but i really just think this will be almost like a spiritual awakening too! not just some party dope... im kinda done with ee, mdma, coke..all those uppers, now im just into the ever-so relaxing weed. But i understand its the trip you guys are worried about cuz its more trip than high, then that's actually what im looking for just cuz its such a awakening from the world. but i will buff up off shrooms first cuz you guys really made me realize how fuckked up it can be if im not prepared.

speaking of..meditation and et communication.. can you really meditate in this state of consciousness?? and are extraterrestrials really trying to communicate with you or is it really just the affect of the drug? anyways if no one answers this, i will start a fresh thread about these experiences. dont think anyones done this yet, and im interested in hearing ppls experiences.

Ego death on DMT is nearly identical for me the description of a person reaching Zen through meditation. I don't think it would matter much but you can smoke some DMT and start to meditate but you will lose all sense of what you are doing soon. O.O
 
just to throw in on this, yeah dont buy DMT make it. also i tryed DMT having not yet tryed any other psychedelic and enjoyed it, no meditation background or anything like that just a VERY open mind. i do believe that you can prepare yourself for DMT by being well informed and very open, but not for a full dose breakthrough.
If you start in small doses and just feel it a few times and go slowly i think you will be fine, myself and 3 other friends have done it in this manor. we have also all done shrooms since and enjoyed it. one warning though, this isnt for recreation, and doing it in small doses will make you treat it like that, cause its fun and fast at first, but you MUST take it seriously cause when your ready for a real dose its a whole new level and you will never see it as recreation again.

also i think everyones advice is the best way to go, there is more to this then you can understand and the more prepared your mind is the better. but it is possible to dip your toes in, very carefully
