DNA/Crockett Family Farms OG#18

I seen some new crosses of OG#18 come out and they are labeled as "California Grown Heritage Collection". It's Crockett but with some old Reserva P/DNA. The part that I don't understand is that OG#18 has been hard to find in seed form. I understand that the seeds were not as good since 2012 or so. Does anyone know if these are original genetics before OG#18 went downhill in 2012?

They got my attention because they crossed OG#18 with Kandy Kush(Gas Candy). Kandy Kush was my favorite strain prior to 2012. All I'm saying is if they breathed life back into these crosses, then I would be crazy to not buy it! I found 1 Gas Candy in stock and it is sold out on multiple websites. I'm so intrigued by the cross that I'm going to buy it w/o seeing a report on it first, which I don't do often. I'm probably going to run Gas Candy(6x fem) along with a pack of Reserva P's Kandy Kush(13x Reg) that I have on hand.

I guess that I wanted to see if anyone else was excited about seeing OG#18 being used in new crosses. I have a strong feeling that this strain wouldn't be popping back up unless there was something special about it!

I have stated many times I don't get the OG #18 love? at all. I don't know why DNA and Res Privada seemed to want to use that so much and make it a cornerstone strain for them.

Do you seriously have like a spreadsheet or something of screen names you've gotten into it with?? This is the internet, not real life, a short memory makes this shit more enjoyable. In real life, you cross me one good time and Im done with you.. but how can someone on a forum really cross me/you?? feel me? Let the shit roll off your back and keep it quackin.. Some of my favorite people on here I've gotten into it with at one time or another.. I hardly look at the screen names anymore and just look at what the comment says.

Just try and chill my friend.. shit aint worth it. 6-7 months ago my wife suggested I do a few searches on what stress does to you physically/mentally/emotionally.. shit kinda changed my life. We all have shit in our real life that gets under our skin and wares on our nerves... best to try not to allow that to happen on here, especially from a relatively harmless comment from alt, right?

Sometimes people say things that stick out in my mind. That beef could have been from 2012-2013 but I remember he was very offensive. Not the run-of-the-mill asshole, but a special type of asshole.

I've been to plenty of therapy sessions at the VA. The Doc said that I should express my feelings and tell people how I feel. It's actually a stress relief to get it off my chest.

Moving along now... It looks like the "Heritage Collection" was only 100 seeds of each strain. They did say that they do plan on making more for the masses later, but they also wanted comments on what people wanted. Here is the link.

I just don't like how people feel "sheltered" from a situation and think that they can act/say what they want because there will be no consequences. I'm specifically talking about internet trolls and people driving cars. People can act like real dicks on the highways and internet, but be a serious coward in real life. I just feel like people need to be called on their bullshit or they think that they have free reign and say horrible shit to people and not even remember. I can't punch him in the face through my computer, so he can say whatever he wants.

I bought a pack back in 2015. Popped all 6. 5 complete duds and 1 keeper that I still run to this day.

Clones root in 7 days and she finishes in 58 days. Super hardy and never gives problems.

original og18 you talk about was the BEST og in seed form. i got it as a freebie and was like a skunk sprayed in your mouth with a touch of sweetness. I searched for it through packs but never got anything close out of anymore OG18s. Only thing that had a similar profile was also a freebie from them, just plain OG kush, was lemony skunk piss. Both the original og18 and og kush were ugly plants and hard as hell to clone. The reason I didn't keep the og18 is it would start flowering in veg and stupidly tossed it thinking i could find a better one. It's one of those plants you wish you wouldn't have ever gotten rid of, I got a few over the years like that(underdawg#1, cherry berry, white Russian, and og18 to name a few)

I stopped buying DNA/Reserva P because their seeds were not the same quality as they used to be. I don't know the exact time that the quality went down or the reason that it happened.

Yeah, that's what I am talking about! It seems like DNA/Reserva P started having problems. I don't know the story, but I know that Kandy Kush had a drop off. I used to be able to find 2-3 phenos in a pack that were far above average. I can't seem to find one in a pack now. Maybe I need to pop more than one pack, but it wasn't always like that.

You led me to one of my favorite pack of seeds, True OG from Elemental. I can't seem to find that seed pack around anymore. I had my best harvest from True OG and people are still asking what happened to it. I held the clone for over 2yrs and I thought that "it's there if I want it again". I was wrong!

Are you talking about Kandy Kush or OG#18? I ran a pack of Kandy Kush(fem) and didn't find anything, but I still have a pack of regulars. Maybe I just got unlucky and didn't find that 1 in my pack and I need to keep trying. When I had Kandy Kush hanging to dry, my father in law came over and we had to tell him that one of our dogs got sprayed by a skunk because there is no way to hide the smell! I live in the country side, so a dog getting sprayed by a skunk isn't a stretch.

I got a E-Mail from Artizen Seed bank and they said that the 1 pack of Gas Kandy was a mistake and I'm not getting it. I was super stoked about it. Not anymore... Hopefully, they make more soon. I was really hoping that they breathed life back into these strains and that is why they are re-releasing them.

Yep-got og kush as a freebie from rp bout 10 yrs ago w/tga order from attitude-unfookin real good-like someone dusted with lemon pledge then took the rag & wiped the inside of a gas tank & stuffed it in your mouth-branches were like spaghetti noodles & buds were like golfballs-frosty as hell looked like diamonds but wouldn't clone & I lost it-nothing they got anymore can touch it-rp lost the parents-still wish I had it out of everything I've grown

It's definately OG#18. Bought 1 pack of 24k Gold and 1 pack of the OG#18. Found nothing interesting in the 24k however. My OG#18 reaks of pine and sweet diesel.
