DNA Martian Mean Green Question

I ordered a couple of these in my last Attitude order and need to know what to do. I have her in the 12/12 now under 1000hps . In Happy Frog soil and maybe a mistake but in a 22 gallon pot. I cannot raise my light anyhigher and is about 6'3" off of the ground now, SHE WONT STOP GROWING! They should have called it frankenstein . I litterally watched it grow one (or everyday) day after i raised my lights a few inches she was up to them at the end of the day . WHAT TO DO . My other plants (ch9 female toxic blue(nicest looking plant by far/so far),DNA limited snowcap,LA confidential, 3 to finish anyday to a week -whitewidowxbigbud and 2 white russians) all need more light. the la confidentail is way to low and i cannot put them on anything, there all in 20 gallon smart pots. PLEAZZZE HELP,LOL.

I've grown MMG last year outdoors and I've had three phenos, all Sativa leaning. All plants were huge but one specifically was monster. Try to top her, they love it.

Every time I've run MMG, I have had to tie it down. I have even used progressively smaller pots each time to keep the size under control. Every pheno I've gotten has gone longer than 14 weeks. It can prove especially difficult in a tent. Good luck with yours.

Will this take my main colas away ? They are already flowering .

I have a pack I was hoping to kind a keeper for my mini sog in, but it sounds like the pheno in the breeders description is hard to find. That sucks. It's DNA's most expensive strain, too. Hopefully I get lucky.

Don't top in flower. You want no stresss in flower. Imo

just tie it down you may have to move your ties everyday till stretch is over.

I agree but had to ask, I dont think i have the room to tie it since i just now put 5 more plants under 12/12 today (3 are coming out anyday) . Still 8 plants will be alot since there all fairly wide plants and taking up some room now . Oh well may be moving to MN next summer and had a good go at it in MI. Hopefully they will legalize it soon for med or just to smoke

Well if its already in flowering u better don't . I toped one plant MMG while in flowering and reduced yield. Chop all lower branches and discard all smaller stems.

Make a dcision, r u gonna lst the bitch, or you can run vert if you got the space. Pick one and run with it. Im in the process of going vert. I had a similar prob and went with lst. Wish I went vert in the end

Actually what I should have done was take that tall plant right out of the room. Sacrifice one for the good of the others. Unless you have mega watts and space those plants r not ideal, clone it n take it outdoors....

this is why you dont grow haze hybrids with slow growing indicas like la confidential...

top or bend the shit out of her, of just get rid of. Heard the old mmg was fire before they lost the mother, but i've personally grown a pack of the new gear and it was bunk.
