If you want something that tastes and smells like the Blueberry Id recommend the Blueberry. If you want something that resembles all the knock-off's Id recommend the Whitaker Blues.
You can go ahead and add "Most Trainwreck" to that list of "likely to nanner" also. Years and years before I ever started growing I noticed that almost every batch of trainwreck I smoked had at least a couple little male flowers in the buds, and Jason King even notes the trait in his descriptions of it in the cannabible. Some strains, even some very good strains, just carry the tendency. Probably hard to breed out since pot's ability to herm is part of what's kept it alive through the generations.
You could be close, I am always a little skeptical about environmental stimuli passing down through genetic code, but in the case of weed you could be on the right track since there is already kinda a phenomenon where first filial generation seeds will always mature at the same time if grown in the environment they were bred in, even if they are strikingly different phenos, that's why if they were bred in a different climate they often require a generation of climitization before they will show good results in the new area.

i stopped chucking plants that only show nuts on the lower nodes . once iv cloned those plants they never herm again even with stress. i wont hesitate to chuck a full blown(genetic herm?) with nuts mixed with pistils. but iv never had one of those now i think of it...

This is fact. And there are probably more than two kinds in regards to breeding/growing induced hermaphroditism. The plant goes through an acclimation of sorts from all of the different growing conditions it's passed through. Remember indoor grows are controlled climates, so from one to the next the climate/environment may be different enough to induce all sorts of genetic anomalies and things that would appear to be genetic instability but are in fact an instability of the growing conditions. Even outdoor grows are different enough from year to year or even plot to plot to induce all sorts of anomalies to occur during this acclimation process. We've all seen this first hand when our friend down the street grew the exact same cut as us and ended up with something completely different. It's for this reason that when taking on any new genetics we must harmonize with the environment they came from as much as possible to make that acclimation for the plant as smooth as possible. And if we are seeing that much genetic drift from one environment to the next I think it may in fact most likely be this acclimation process creating these instabilities and not the genetics. Hence my comment about trying less nitrogen. This is the most common form of hermaphroditism I believe we are seeing. And as Ace says, I'm skeptical about this genetic drift via environmental acclimation being passed on to the offspring to the degree of being able to unlock some recessed hermaphroditic tendencies. But it makes some sense. The second most common form of hermaphroditism we're seeing is again exactly as Ace has implied only a way for the plant to assure it's reproduction. This form of hermaphroditism is in fact a sign of a very strong genetic desire to reproduce and shouldn't be something breeders are choosing not to select for.This is only what happens when we attempt to remove the male counterpart of the plant, this is my theory anyway....or one of em. We think we're in control of this plant....but it's just trying to teach us.

well think about it, you pop the seeds. they will recognize that they are not in kansas, all the males are back in kansas, stressed bout that they herm. this is happening alot, more people are running em from clone seeing this will "fix itself". mother nature can be a bitch sometimes....lol
One can only wonder just how many man sticks you had to salivate through,to find that one......
