I see the problem, wrong part of the US for me.
However with the cruch in housing I could pickup a piece of junk house and lease it out for repairs, then use the address to apply for a card in Caly. That may work, I'm old I got tons of basic old crap wrong with me.
Can't remember, can't eat, sleep what else will help.
Everything hurts!
