Do Chemicals work????

hey all
so ive been reading alot about other peoples grows and everyone seems to be using loads of chemicals such a boost, bud candy, ext
ive never really been that interested in these chemicals as i think the testing and regulation surrounding them probably insnt that meticulous and often the company selling them doesnt have to adhere to fertiliser rules fit for human consumption (> see the grey area companies could exploit)

do these chemicals work, do they dramatically enhance bud production? increase strength and boost growth? or do they do it a little bit but arnt really worth the money?

please tell me all and any of your experiences

I get more hydroponically (using chemicals in a res.), yes. If you wana view my journal in my sig I have organic grows and hydro grows...imo, growing organic cost more than growing with chemicals unless your using your own compost.
