Do cuttings take longer time to root in a colder environment with lower humidity?

Someone take a cut & place it in a cup of tap water, leave it in the bottom of your tent for 2 weeks. Check on it every few days because you will have to add water during the 2 weeks. You will get roots. No need to cover it with a dome or anything to maintain humidity. I’ve done it multiple times without having to add this & that. The term “Less is more” has never been more accurate.

Put at the window 9-10 days to root.

Reminds me of my grandma's when I was kid, she always had some sort of clones in a old style glass milk bottle
