Do deer like buds?

ive heard a lot of people say that deer ate their crop, but do they really like buds or is it just they they may eat them by chance?
 
no they like the plant young when you first plant them. If you think about it just may be some of the only green vegetion around at that time of year
 
deer love weed. wouldn't you if you were a deer? everytime i've grown outdoor a deer ate my shit. and they were flowering too. one year i had three 6 footers that had just started to flower and reek. i built chicken wire cages all around them because of previous experiences the years before, and they trampled it over to get to the plants. you know it's deer, because one, their tracks, and two, you can see where they gnawed away at the stalk, just where the leaves started. and like the other guy who replied said, in some places it's the greenest plants around. it's like it calls to them!
 
you guys are all wrong. 100%wrong. deer DO NOT eat pot plants. ever. at all. they trample and destroy them becuase you cant roll a joint or spark a lighter with hooves.
 
Cougar piss may keep em away.....will you be squeezing a tranquilized cougar's bladder to get this piss? ;)

ive heard garlic around the base of the girls works, but dont totally trust what I say about garlic.
 
Yea they love buds most animals do the high is the plants protection Its poisons them and we lovee it haha

SoftSecrets a few moths back there was a write up in the cannabis world news part , There was reports of deer sleeping on the middle of the road and charging at hikers
When the cops went there they found 500 plants the deers were eating from lol

Male predator urine will keep a lot of things away. Deer can't see very well, but their hearing and smelling is top notch. If you have ever hunted one you'll know what I mean.

If the deer smell a predator's urine they will most likely keep away for fear and being killed. These urines can be found at any outdoors/hunting shop.
 
honestly.....a grown mans urine should do the trick too....deer dont like people. piss on little rag pieces and tie them to branches etc in and around your grow area. has worked to keep deer out of my friends garden for years. youll have to change/ refresh the rags every so often tho...and really i didnt think you could get high from grabbing a bud and chewing it up...if we dont, would a deer?
 
this is a weird post. i would say you can get high eating, but its not worth it, as far as animals go..i have a dog that i occassionally give a few nugs to eat and he usually sleeps for the rest of the day after that. so i dunno. but it works for jack.
