These deficiency are difficult to diagnose ,first is pH then could be overfeed.

pH problems can cause lockout of certain nutrients.
Overfeeding can cause lockout.
Overwatering can cause issues too.

Almost like the beginning of a Boron deficiency but thats not likely so brings it back to pH.Over water, under water.
Before you add try to take away first,tips dont look burnt,how is overall color?

2 plants both seem to be yellowing

Cant tell,has the overall color gone lighter last couple of weeks or have they stayed the same shade of green?

I’m not sure they started life as dark dark green and now we are here

Without being there its hard to tell,only you know how much food they got.
Trial and error,no ppm meter right?

Trial and error, give one plain water to a good runoff and remove it.See if it improves.Could be just build up,I always feed to runoff to remove any build up.
