Do I have bud rot?

Im in my final week of flowering and one of my top cola buds has gone quite crispy dry and looks a little browner than it should.

Is this bud rot? Or is it something else?

I know pictures will be more helpful so I will put some up tonight....

Really lookin for some advice, I would hate to fuck this up in the last week ha ha.

Bend your bud slightly with your fingers and look inside. If its gray and nasty you got rot.

what light setup r u using it could be the result of a burn to the plant

From what i've heard (which is very little) it doesn't sound like bud rot to me. Bud rot is a fungal problem, what your dealing with might be light burn, heat stress, maybe over-ferting ( i doubt it though ) but probably some condition OTHER than bud rot.
