Do I Have Myself a Herm?

Hey guys! Out here in the PNW and after transplanting yesterday (5Gal-10gal) I think I might have cause a herm? Or just noticed it today, although I’ve been pretty religious about checking this plants sex because it was a bagseed.

Some strong preflowering going on, lots of pistils. I got in today to check for leafhoppers (a fuckton, need to hit with Spinosad) and noticed what I think are male preflowers? They have a stem at least.. is this a herm?

At this point if it is I’m keeping it anyway, unless there’s a huge chance of it pollinating my indoor plants.

any help is appreciated. Much love and happy growing

Looks female to me. I don't see any signs of a male.
This little thing. Looks like it’s on a stem.. idk looked like early male parts to me. Got me scared! Had a couple herm on me already.

if not then hell to the Yes:bigjoint:
